Service Satisfaction
We aim to provide high-quality mobile car detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
